This Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances in which we issue refunds for deposits and the rules under which wagers can be voided.
1. Wagers are final
Once a wager has been placed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified — even if the result has not yet been declared. By placing a wager you confirm your selection and stake.
2. Voided wagers
We will void wagers and refund the stake to the player's wallet in the following cases only:
- The result was declared in error and is corrected within 24 hours of declaration.
- The market did not close at its scheduled time and the result was never declared.
- A clear technical fault on our side prevented a fair settlement (e.g. database corruption affecting that draw).
3. Deposit reversals
Deposits processed via Razorpay or Cashfree that fail to credit your wallet within 30 minutes will be automatically reconciled. If you do not see your deposit credited after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction ID. Genuine failed deposits are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days by the gateway.
4. No discretionary refunds
We do not refund money lost in the ordinary course of play. Real-money gaming carries risk; only play what you can afford to lose.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests, once initiated, follow the timelines on the Help page. If a withdrawal is not credited to your verified bank account within 24 hours during banking days, contact support with your withdrawal ID.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback on a deposit while the funds remain in your wallet or have been wagered, your account will be suspended and the matter referred to our payment processors and law enforcement where appropriate.
