- Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limit — caps how much money you can deposit in a window. Reduces take effect immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
- Session reminder — pop-up after every 30 minutes of active play.
- Cool-off — temporarily lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Cannot be reversed by support.
Warning signs
If any of the following apply to you, please consider taking a break:
- You play with money you cannot afford to lose.
- You chase losses by increasing wager sizes.
- You hide play from family or friends.
- You feel anxious, irritable, or guilty about your play.
- Play is affecting your work, relationships, or health.

We will never
- Encourage you to deposit more after a loss.
- Send marketing pushes if you have set a deposit limit at zero or self-excluded.
- Allow your account to be reopened during an active cool-off.
